A written agreement
for each project.
These general terms sit alongside the written quote for your project. If a quote contains a more specific delivery date, revision allowance or payment schedule, that project-specific term applies.
Scope and acceptance
Work begins after the scope, deliverables, deadline, price and payment arrangement are confirmed. Material outside that scope is quoted separately.
Delivery
Delivery depends on receiving complete and accurate materials on time. A changed brief, missing data or a late response can change the delivery schedule.
Payment
The quote states the currency, amount and payment stages. Any transfer charges or exchange costs are the client's responsibility unless the quote says otherwise.
Cancellation and refunds
Before work begins, a paid project may be cancelled for a refund less non-refundable transaction costs. After work begins, any refund reflects the portion of the agreed scope that has not yet been completed.
Follow-up
Included follow-up is limited to the period and number of rounds stated in the quote. A new brief, new document or substantially changed research question is separate work.
Results
Feedback and tutoring are professional support, but assessment remains the decision of the school and examination body. No particular grade, admission result or teacher response is guaranteed.
