to deliver your support.
The public website does not ask you to upload a document. Enquiries continue through the contact channel shown on the site, where you choose what information to share.
Information you may provide
Your name or contact handle, subject, level, deadline, time zone, draft, teacher comments and messages about the requested service.
How it is used
To assess the request, prepare a quote, match an appropriate reviewer or tutor, deliver the agreed work, answer follow-up questions and keep payment and service records.
Who can access it
Only the people needed to handle the enquiry and deliver the agreed service, including the assigned reviewer or tutor. Files are not used as public samples without separate permission.
Retention
Working files are removed from the active delivery workspace within 90 days after the project is completed unless a shorter period is requested. Essential transaction records may be retained where required for accounting or dispute handling.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and any payment or file-transfer provider process data under their own terms. Advertising measurement may be enabled at launch only after the relevant consent and configuration are in place.
Your choices
You may ask what information is held, correct it, or request deletion of working files. For privacy requests, contact AsterDraft on WhatsApp.
